Founder and owner, Sam Habib, has over five years experience in the fitness industry and is passionate about seeing people achieve their ultimate fitness goals. His drive and determination has seen him develop an unique program depending on an individual’s fitness goal ranging from:

QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Exercise and sport science (Strength and conditioning and exercise physiology)
- Diploma of Sport Development
- Certificate 3 and 4 in fitness
- Instruct movement programs to children aged 5 to 12 years
- Instruct exercise to young people aged 13 to 17 years
- First Aid & CPR

At the beginning of each personalised training program we obtain a baseline fitness level. As you train with us we monitor your progression and track your improvements at every stage through regular fitness testing which allows for the evolution of your fitness program.
