RECOVERY REHABILITATION
When working with individuals who have been diagnosed with a chronic disease we will provide you with the guidance and building blocks to build confidence and functional ability to participate in physical activity without injury. We work with your general practitioner and when it is confirmed by your doctor that it is “safe for you to participate” we can provide the following support:
- To reduce back, knee, ankle and shoulder pain
- To improve Biomechanical problems and instabilities
- To improve flexibility and range of motion
- Individualised rehabilitation and recovery training programs
